At Yardstick Coffee, we strive for the perfect brew in every cup; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we can only offer returns or exchanges on brewing equipment and accessories within 7 days of purchase.

Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and not a perishable food or beverage item.

Email our team at hello@yardstickcoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the item you wish to return.
Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely package your item and ship it back to our main roastery address provided in the confirmation email.
Receive Refund
After we inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
